About the Role
Supporting the Technology That Powers Education
Play a hands-on role in keeping the technology that supports teaching and business operations running reliably every day. As a Systems Engineer, you will support the stability, security and performance of Box Hill Institute’s core data centre and hybrid infrastructure. Working across on premise and cloud connected platforms, this role provides practical operational support across compute, storage, virtualisation and enterprise backup and recovery environments, including Veeam. You will be part of the IT Infrastructure Services team, supporting a hybrid environment that spans traditional data centre technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID, while working closely with internal teams and external vendors across a multi-campus environment.
